Microsoft discontinued support of its Windows XP operating system on April 8, 2014. As a result, Windows XP operating systems using Internet Explorer (IE) 8 to access the internet will not be able to upgrade to newer IE versions and will not receive security updates.
What Does This Mean For You?
If your computer has a Windows XP operating system and you use Internet Explorer (IE) 8 to access your Commercial Bank NetTeller, you may experience limited functionality or a visibly altered appearance. In addition, your XP computer will no longer receive automatic security updates that help protect your personal information. Your online information will be at risk.
If you continue to use Windows XP, even though you’ve installed anti-virus software, your computer may still work but will become vulnerable to security risks and viruses.

- If you continue using Windows XP with IE8:
- Download a different supported browser, such as Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome.
- Install and update your anti-virus and anti-malware tools.
