Commercial Bank and Trust Announces New Business Development Officer

PARIS, TN – Commercial Bank and Trust is pleased to welcome Rod L. James to the bank’s Paris operations as Business Development Officer.

Senior Vice President Clint Davis welcomes Mr. James saying, “We are thrilled for the opportunity to work alongside Rod. He is an experienced, hardworking individual who will continuously ensure that we provide our clients the best service possible.”

Mr. James is a graduate of Union University having received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) degree with an emphasis in Marketing. Prior to his position with Commercial Bank and Trust, he worked for MSC Industrial Supply, where he held many different roles such as District Manager, Branch Manager, and Business Development Officer to name a few. Mr. James is a member and deacon of First Baptist Church and participates in its orchestra. He and his wife have two children, a daughter who is a senior at Union University and a son who is a senior at Henry County High School.

Commercial Bank and Trust was chartered in 1877. The bank has operations in Jackson, Memphis, Paris, and Union City, TN.
