Using a touch-tone phone, simply call 1-800-467-2591 or 731-642-EASY, and follow the instructions. To speak to a customer service representative in Paris, TN, during business hours, call 1-731-641-9450 or 1-800-273-8889 if you are outside of Paris, TN.
*Your account security and confidentiality are ensured by the use of a four-digit Personal Identification Number (PIN).
*The first time you call, you will be asked to identify yourself by the Social Security number shown on your account. Once in the system, you may then select any four-digit PIN to serve as your confidential access code.
